  • Wash your face two times a day and make sure that skin care routine is on point

  • Full body workout 35 min, 5x a week

  • On average drink 4 water bottles a day

  • ALWAYS eat your breakfast but HEALTHY BREAKFAST not FAST

  • Major spa day once a week

  • 40 squats and 30 sit ups every night before you go to bed

  • 7 to 8 hours of sleep

  • Pamper yourself (mask time, schopping,..)

  • Tell yourself you're STUNNING everyday

  • Always take a little time out of everyday to unwind and to calm down

  • Stay moisturized (lips, face, body EVERYTHING)

  • Have an actual hair care routine
