How To Start The New Year



Hello everyone and welcome to the New Year 2020. Today I will give you 16 helpful tips on how to start a new year. So here they are:

  • Wash your fae two times a day and make sure that skin care routine is on point

  • Full body workout 35 min (with Cool-down and Warm-up), 5x a week (Monday to Friday)

  • On average drink 4 water bottles a day

  • in the morning drink hot water with lemon and honey

  • in the night drink hot cinnamon tea with honey

  • in the morning yoga (Saturday, Sunday)

  • ALWAYS eat your healthy breakfast

  • Major spa day once a week

  • 40 squats and 30 sit ups every night before you go to sleep

  • try to do 2-3 face masks a week

  • 7 to 8 hours of sleep

  • Pamper yourself - shopping

  • Tell yourself you're STUNNING everyday

  • Always take a little time out of everyday to unwind and to calm down

  • Stay moisturized (lips, face, body, EVERYTHING)

  • Have an actual hair care routine
