NO BAKE VEGAN BROWNIES

Hey, my Angelsquad👼! I'm going to show you guys my new and my fav healthy recipes on NO BAKE BROWNIES, it's vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free!!


INGREDIETS:

* 225g Soft dates (pitted)

* 75g Hazelnuts (choose any kind of nuts)

* 25g Cashews

* 25g Pecans

* 6 tbsp/30g Cacao power

* 1/2 tbsp Salt

* 250ml Water

* 2 tbsp Chia seeds

* 1 roll out a baking paper


THE GLAZE:

* 1 tbsp agate sirup

* 2 tbsp Coconut oil

* 2 tbsp Cacao Power


Step by Step:

* add all nuts except dates to the mixer, blend everything

* add cacao power and salt and blend again

* add dates to the pot and pour water over them bring to boil and cook 5-10 minuts (just if they are not super soft already), mixed nuts, cacao power and salt

* add chia seed and the cooked dates and blend everything until well combined, the mixture should not be too sticky (add more nuts if necessary), roll out a baking paper, dough roll out the plate and use your hands or a rolling pin to form a square shape, cut into little pieces, add some more nuts for extra crunch, let it chill in the fridge while making the glaze add agate syrup, coconut oil and cacao power, let it melt on low heat for 1 minute, put the chocolate glaze on top and add some peanut butter if you like.
